Description

Indian Truck Simulator is a truck driving game for PC, set on the real roads of Delhi-NCR. Every road is built from real map data across Delhi, Haryana and western Uttar Pradesh: from NH44, the Grand Trunk Road, to the Delhi–Meerut Expressway and the old highways beside them.

You drive a classic Indian truck, painted the way Indian trucks have always been painted. You pick loads from the job board, beat the deadline through traffic that honks, flashes and cuts through gaps in the median, and keep an eye on your diesel and your sleep. When the hours catch up with you, you stop at a dhaba for chai, a charpai or a room for the night.

The game is made in Unreal Engine 5 by IronFort Studios, an indie studio in Delhi. It's planned for 2027 on Steam.

Features

  • Real roads, real places. Built from real map data of Delhi-NCR. Interchanges are rebuilt at true scale, direction boards in Hindi and English give real distances to real places, and the GPS guides you lane by lane.
  • A truck with a life inside it. Truck art, the ALL INDIA PERMIT board and HORN OK PLEASE on the tailgate. Inside, there's a shrine on the dash, marigolds, nimbu-mirchi and a berth behind the seats. The gauges, air brakes, wipers and mirrors all work. Drive from the cab or from outside.
  • Trucks to make your own. The classic Indian truck and a tipper are ready, and at least five cab designs are planned. Each one can be customised by axle layout, cargo body and colour.
  • Traffic that talks back. Drivers honk to pass and flash their high beams. Signals count down and switch to flashing amber after eleven at night, and speed breakers wait outside villages and schools.
  • The work. Haul grain sacks, cartons, crates and LPG cylinders. The weight sits on the chassis, so a loaded truck squats, leans and needs longer to stop. Arrive late and the pay is halved. Damage costs you power, grip or braking until the garage fixes it.
  • The rhythm of the road. Fatigue builds as you drive, faster in the afternoon heat and the small hours. There's weather and rain, and nights are properly dark: open country, lit villages, and reflectors flaring in your headlights.
  • Coming before release: buses, autos, tractors and two-wheelers in traffic, truck decoration, and steering wheel and gamepad support.
